It all started in 1996 when Elizabeth was a partner of growing coffee company on the East Coast. She wanted to sell her coffee to a retail store run by Eric. He got a little more than he bargained for. Three Kids and seven years later, they started their own coffee company, Country Morning Coffee ® .

Country Morning Coffee roasts over 30 different premium coffees from around the world. Elizabeth roasts, blends and packages every batch of coffee herself. Before we purchase any green beans from our importers we cup them to make sure they pass our "cup of excellence" criteria. Elizabeth personally hand-writes each and every bag and even painted our rooster logo.

- We hand package our coffees while they are still warm from the roaster sealing in the flavors and aromas of each fresh roast. We deliver our fresh roasted coffees every week to markets and café’s in the Quad Cities, Peoria, Galesburg, Geneseo, Kewanee and surrounding areas.
